Editor-in-chief of American-based Travel + Leisure Nancy Novogrod Thursday
announced Bangkok as the worlds most attractive city replacing Italys
Florence which this year ran third on the list.
Deputy Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Mr. Surapol Sawetseranee
said this international praise would surely earn Bangkok even more attention
from tourists who were right now deciding where to go, especially with the
upcoming European high season approaching in the next 3 to 4 months.
Other awards bestowed by Travel + Leisure included, the Galapagos Islands in
Ecuador as Worlds Best Island; Singapore Airlines, once again, as Worlds Best
Airline and New York City, for the eighth consecutive time, as the best city in
