"This is a wonderful pork shish kabob with a Thai flavor. I took this on a church campout and it was a huge hit."

| Preparation : |
-
- Sliced pork thinly into 1*3 inches per pieces.
- Pound well coriander seeds, cumin, galingale lemon grass, turmeric, peppercorn and salt.
- Mix the prok thoroughly with the mixture. Add sugar and coconut cream. Marinate for ? hour.
- Thread marinated pork onto skewers.
- Grill. Brush with coconut milk while grilling until cooked. Serve with satay sauce and cucumber salad.
