Tung - Thong
deep-fried thai crispy wantons.
Ingredients
- minced prawn
- 100 g.
- coriander root
- 2
- garlic cloves
- 2
- white egg
- 1 tbsn.
- tapioca flour or corn flour
- 2 tsp.
- light soy sauce
- 2 tsp.
- sugar
- 1 tsp.
- ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp.
- chinese pancake
- 50 g.
- vegetable oil
- 2 c.
Preparation :
1. crush coriander roots and garlic cloves. Add it in to minced prawn.
2. Add white egg ,light soy sauce and sugar mix them together.
3. Cut chinese pancakes in to quarters.
4. Stuff and tie it with poached celery stems.
5. Deep fried them.
6. Serve with plum sauce or chilli sauce.
